Black Autumn Truffles have a wonderful earthy flavour and aroma, with hazelnuts, chocolate, and vanilla. The quality of these truffles should not be underestimated!
We source our truffles from Hungary and Italy. The Hungarian variety being very pungent and pleasing to the taste.
For a generous serving, we recommend you allow approx. 12.5 grams of Black Autumn Truffles per person. We recommend using double the amount of Black Autumn Truffles for a main course – around 25 grams per person is a generous serving.
